My name is Julie Budge. I am married to Craig who spends a lot of time coaching football at Oakridge High School. I have two beautiful children who keeps me busy all day long.
I have been teaching for 22 years in 1st Grade. I attended Sacramento State and National University. I am certified to teach both GATE and ELL students. I have been trained in IB World Level 1 and 3. I currently live in Roseville, California and was born in Castro Valley, California.
Our Class Mission
I believe that learning should be fun and exciting, yet challenging. I strive
to create a classroom environment where all learners have the opportunity to
work to their fullest potential; a classroom where students feel safe to show
their unique qualities and individual strengths. I encourage my students to
be problem solvers and try to motivate them to become lifelong learners. I
understand that education is a partnership between parents, school, and
community. Communication is the key to your child's success. Together we can
make school both challenging and enjoyable.
